摘要
根据以往学者对离职与职业成长问题的研究成果,运用实证研究方法,通过对兰州、上海和深圳6家企业中300名至少有过一次离职经历的员工进行问卷调查和数据收集,分析了员工离职密度变化与职业成长中四个维度:职位晋升、薪酬变化、职业进展、职业技能提高的相关关系。研究表明,职业成长会随着离职密度的上升得到提高,在0.221~0.320这个密度范围内达到最高点后开始呈下降趋势。换算为年的研究结论是:员工在一个岗位任职3.125~4.525年后跳槽,能够较好地促进职业成长。
This paper emploed the relationship between four dimensions of career growth and turnover density. 300 employ- ees from six companies were investigated and these employees had once experience or more of turnover. The result showed that people' s career would get growth with the rise of leaving density and in the section of 0. 221--0. 320 it got the highest level, then the curve showed a decreasing tendency. Overaul, it is better for employees to promote career growth after sta- ying in a position for 3. 125 to 4.525years.
