摘要
运用调查法、文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对广东省体育教育专业人才需求状况和从业人员对应知识、能力、素质的要求进行调查,以期为体育教育专业培养工作提出整合发展思路。结果表明:体育教育专业毕业生的对口就业有了稳定的政策导向;广东省体育教育人才存量规模缺口大、区域失衡、供求不对接、就业面扩大而就业率下降;广东省小学体育教师文化基础薄,综合能力欠缺。
This paper makes a survey of the demand of physical education professionals in Guangdong Province. The result shows that Cuangdong Province has a large demand in PE professionals but it is iinbalanced in different regions.
