摘要
运用调查法、文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对广东省体育教育专业人才需求状况和从业人员对应知识、能力、素质的要求进行调查,以期为体育教育专业培养工作提出整合发展思路。结果表明:体育教育专业毕业生的对口就业有了稳定的政策导向;广东省体育教育人才存量规模缺口大,区域失衡,供求不对接,就业面扩大而就业率下降;广东省小学体育教师文化基础薄,综合能力欠缺。
Using the method of investigation, documentation ,logical analysis and other research methods,We can investigate the talents demand about the status of physical education specialty in Guangdong Province in China, and investigate the requirements about the wokers who must have the knowledge, ability and quality,In order to sports education professional training work puts forward integration development. Results show that physical education graduates employment has stability of policy-oriented. Physical education talents are changing gap larger, regional imbalances, supply and demand does not butt. And employment expanded while employment rates fall in Guangdong Province,Guangdong elementary school physical education teachers cultural foundation thin, lack of comprehensive ability.
