摘要
为实现经编提花毛巾织物的快速设计与三维仿真功能,在深入了解这类织物编织原理的基础上,研究经编提花毛巾织物的设计模型与三维几何模型的建立方法。采用数学矩阵的方法,分别建立了地组织数学模型与提花毛圈组织数学模型;依据NURBS曲线曲面原理,分别建立了地组织结构模型、毛圈组织结构模型。以VisualC++为开发工具,并且结合OpenGL图形库,最终在CAD系统中实现了经编提花毛巾织物的设计功能以及三维仿真功能。
In order to realize the fast design and 3-D simulation of warp-knitted jacquard towel fabrics, CAD design model and 3-D geometry model of jacquard warp-knitted towel fabric are stLldied based on having made in-depth understanding of the knitting principle of this kind of fabrics. Math models, including ground structure model and patterned towel weave model, are developed by using mathematical matrix method. 3-D geometry models, including ground structure model and patterned towel weave model are established by using the theory of NURBS curve and curved surface. With Visual C + + as a tool for development and in combination with OpenGL graphics libraries, designing and 3-D simulation of warp- knitted jacquard towel fabrics are finally realized using CAD system.
