摘要
针对当前针织物模拟技术存在的缺陷及不足,探索计算机模拟纬编针织物的新方法。在Visual Basic环境下,以Pierce模型为基础,采用圆形截面,由三次B样条曲线模拟纱线路径,利用虚拟现实建模语言(VRML)实现纬编针织物线圈及基本组织的计算机三维模拟。模拟结果很好地表现了针织组织在空间的串套关系以及整体效果,可通过网络浏览器直接进行浏览;模拟图像便于网络发布,并可动态对其进行任意的平移、缩放、旋转等操作。
In view of the defect and shortage in computer simulation of the weft knitted fabric, a new method of computer simulation of the weft knitted fabric is explored. On the basis of the Pierce loop model, selecting the circle as section and using the cubic B-spline curves as yarn path, the simulation of the loop and the basic structure of the knitted fabric is realized by using virtual reality modeling language (VRML) and Visual Basic. The simulation results distinctly show the intermeshed loops and the overall effdet of the knitting structure in three-dimensional space and can be viewed through the intemet browser directly. The simulation model can be published on the web conveniently. Manipulating of the model such as translating, scaling and rotating can be made arbitrarily.
