摘要
将废旧氨纶纤维溶解并掺杂到碱性硅溶胶中,制成氨纶液掺杂硅溶胶。织物经氨纶液掺杂硅溶胶改性后具有抗皱性和良好织物风格。氨纶液杂化溶胶整理后棉织物的经纬向急弹折皱回复角分别提高了27.3%和44.8%,缓弹折皱回复角分别提高了26.0%和28.3%。改性后棉织物的压缩特性、剪切特性、拉伸特性和弯曲特性均有所改善,耐洗性能也有所增强。经氨纶液掺杂硅溶胶整理后织物的白度有所下降,但仅下降4.2%,对织物服用性能影响很小。
The waste polyurethane fiber was dissolved and doped in alkaline silica sol. Cotton fabric was finished with the polyurethane/silica hybrid sol to improve the wrinkle resistance and fabric style. The acute elastic wrinkle recovery angles of the treated fabric in warp and weft directions were increased by 27.3% and 44.8% , and the slow ones increased by 26.0% and 28.3% , respectively. The modified cotton fabric displayed enhanced properties in compressing, shearing, tensile strength, bending and washability, with whiteness decreased only by 4.2% and little influence on the wearability.
