涤纶仿真织物前处理加工技术及对产品质量的影响(一) 被引量:1

摘要 探讨了涤纶仿真织物前处理各道加工工艺及技术关键,分析测试了各道工序对产品质量的影响。结果表明,捻丝定形温度对织物风格影响很大,松弛温度应大于捻丝定形温度;预定形能大大改善减量的均匀性,各种减量设备和工艺对不同产品适应性不同;而不同的前处理加工对织物风格如拉伸线性度、回弹性、弯曲刚度、剪切特性、压缩功、表面粗糙度、膨松性等影响各异。为此,为获得不同风格的产品,宜选择适宜的前处理加工工艺。 In this paper, the pretreatment process of silk-like polyester fabric and its technical know-how are discussed. Each process affecting to products quality is analysed and tested. The result shows as follows: 1. Throwing and setting temperature can greatly affect fabric style t 2. Relaxing temperature must be higher than throwing and setting temperature; 3. Presetting can greatly improve the uniformity of deweighting, 4. Various deweighting equipments and processes make a difference in products suitability. 5. Different pretreatment process can differently affect fabric style such as drawing linearity, elastic resilience, bending rigidity, shearing characteristic, compression work, surface roughness, bulkiness etc.. Thus, suitable pretreatment process can be selected to obtain distinct fabric style.
