脑卒中后抑郁的研究新进展 被引量：5

摘要 脑卒中后抑郁（post—strokedepression，PSD）是脑卒中最常见的并发症之一，是指脑卒中后引发的抑郁症，它属于继发性抑郁症的一种，以情绪障碍为主要表现形式。PSD据相关资料显示有逐年上升趋势，可达20％～70％。PSD增多，不但严重影响了患者躯体和认知功能的康复，而且认知功能异常与情感障碍降低了患者的生活质量，使自杀率上升，死亡率增加。
