内皮祖细胞移植治疗对心肌梗死后心功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 缺血性心肌病(Ischemiccardiomyopathy,ICM)是指由于长期心肌缺血导致心肌局限性或弥漫性纤维化,使心脏收缩和(或)舒张功能受损,引起心脏扩大或僵硬、充血性心力衰竭、心律失常等一系列临床表现的综合征。缺血性心肌病是冠心病类型之一,是由于长期的心肌缺血造成心脏的重塑,以心衰为其结局,严重危害世界人民的健康。对于这类疾病,心脏移植是一种较为理想的治疗方法,但是由于心脏供体少,手术价格昂贵,且术后的免疫排斥反应明显,制约了其在临床的运用。
