摘要
目的:观察在西药治疗的基础上联合羚羊角及万应胶囊对于急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法:符合中西医诊断标准的230例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者随机分为观察和对照两组,各115例。对照组予以阿洛西林针4.0 g日2次静滴,过敏者改用阿奇霉素0.5 g静滴qd,3 d为1个疗程;观察组在对照组的基础上加用万应胶囊0.3～0.6 g/次口服,每日2次;羚羊角胶囊0.3～0.45 g,每日1次。5 d为1个疗程。观察两组患者各项临床症状体征消失时间及治疗总有效率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(90.4%)显著高于对照组(73.9%),差异有统计学意义。观察组在退热时间(1.42±0.67)d、咽部充血消失时间(2.42±1.30)d及脓性分泌物消失时间(2.19±0.86)d上均明显短于对照组的(2.38±1.04)d、(3.96±1.42)d、(3.34±1.17)d,均P<0.01。结论:对急性化脓性扁桃体炎在西药的基础上联合羚羊角及万应胶囊可有效提高疗效,缩短病程,减轻患者痛苦,值得借鉴。
Objective ： To explore the clinical effect of Wanying capsule combined with cornu saigae ataricae capsule on the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis. Methods ：230 cases with acute suppurative tonsillitis were randomly divide 2 groups, 115 patients in the control group were applied with continuous 3 -day treatment of routine intravenous drip of azlocillin 4.0 g twice a day,hyperergic patients changed to azithromycin 0. 5 g once a day;for the other 115 cases, based on the control group,0.3 -0.6 g Wanying capsule was taken orally twice a day and 0.3 -0.45 g cornu saigae ataricae capsule was taken orally once a day. Each course of treatment lasted five days. The differences of total effective rate, ex- tinction time of symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups. Results ： The observe group was superior to the control group in terms of total effectiveness rate （90.4% vs 73.9% ）, pyretolysis time [ （1.42 ± 0.67 ）d vs （2.38 ± 1.04） d ], disappearance of pharyngeal portion congestion [ （ 2.42 ± 1.30 ） d vs （ 3.96 ± 1.42 ） d ] and pus [ （ 2.19 ± 0.86 ） d vs （3.34± 1.17）d ]. All the data of the 2 groups showed significant statistical difference. Conclusions：Combining Wanying capsule with cornu saigae ataricae capsule in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitisis based on routine antibiotic has better efficacy and worthy of clinical application.
