摘要
目的:观察竹蜂甘桔汤合岭南中草药治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法:将62例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿随机分为2组,对照组31例采用西医治疗,治疗组31例在对照组治疗的基础上加服中药自拟竹蜂甘桔汤,3 d后统计疗效。结果:脱落病例5例,完成治疗进入统计57例,治疗组29例,其中痊愈9例,占31.0%;显效10例,占34.5%;有效7例,占24.1%;无效3例,占10.4%;总有效率为89.6%。对照组28例,其中痊愈2例,占7.1%;显效3例,占10.8%;有效14例,占50.0%;无效9例,占32.1%;总有效率为67.9%。2组疗效比较,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:竹蜂甘桔汤合岭南中草药治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎,既退热快,又可使扁桃体脓点及早消退,可缩短病程,疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis treatment Wltn Zhufeng Ganjie Decoction and traditional Chinese herb from Lingnan. Methods： Randomly put 62 cases of pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis patients into 2 groups： 31 cases in the control group were treated with Western medicine, while the 31 cases in the treatment group were treated with the same method plus Zhufeng Ganjie Decoction. The statistic data were collected after 3 days. Results： 5 cases went out of hospital ahead of the completion of the plan, data of 57 cases were collected. In the 29 cases of treatment group, 9 cases were cured, accounting for 31.0% ; 10 cases got obvious good effect, for 34.5% ; 7 cases were effective, for 24.1% ; 3 cases were ineffective, for 10.4% , overall effective rate was 89.6% ; while in the 28 cases of control group, 2 cured, for 7.1% , 3 obviously effective, for 10.8% , 14 effective, for 50.0% , 9 ineffective, for 32. 1% , overall effective rate was 67.9%. The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The application of Zhufeng Ganjie Decoction and Lingnan herbs to pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis can quickly get rid ofthe fever, suppurative area, and shorten the course, with remarkable effect.
