摘要
云母为硅酸盐类矿物药之一,具有祛痰定惊、截疟止痢、止血敛疮和温虚补肾的功能,其药用价值历史悠久,近期研究显示其对胃肠道具有明显的保护作用,是非常有前途的胃肠道黏膜保护剂,现总结近年来有关云母胃肠黏膜保护作用及机制研究进展,期望对进一步的研究及云母的临床应用有所帮助。
Muscovite, one of the medicine in silicate minerals, has the long history of medicinal value, such as elimi- nating phlegm, arresting convulsion, stopping malaria and dysentery, treating cutaneous infection with hemostasis, warming deficiency and invigorating the kidney. Recent studies have shown that it has conspicuous protective effect on gastrointes- tinal mucosa and is a wonderfully promising gastrointestinal mucosal protective agent. So it summarized the progress of the effect and mechanism about Muscovite in gastrointestinal mucosal protection in recent years, hoping to help further re- search and clinical application of Muscovite.
