摘要
中药材云南美登木(Maytenus Hookerii Loes.)属卫矛科(Celastraceae)植物,是一种有效的抗癌原料物。1959年研究至今,已从云南美登木组织及其各种菌株中分别提取分离得到了以美登木素、美登普林、美登布丁为主的20余种化学成分,且其提取物在抗肿瘤等方面具有有效剂量小,安全系数大,不良反应小等突出特点。本文就云南美登木的种质资源、化学成分及其相关药理活性、毒性各方面的研究进展进行了综述,为深入研究和综合开发利用云南美登木提供参考。
Maytenus Hookerii Loes,which refers to a class of Celastraceae, is a kind of anticancer drug stocks of high efficiency. From its histiocytes and bacterial strains, more than 20 categories of chemical components （ mainly maytansine, maytanprine,maytanbutine, etc. ）have been extracted and separated since the initial research in 1972. Outstanding char- acteristics such as low effective dose with high security coefficient and fewer side - effects have been confirmed in cancer treatments. In short,this paper reviewed and summarized the research achievements of Maytenus Hookerii Loe~ chemical compositions,the pharmacological actions and toxicity, in order to provide reference for Maytenus Hookerii Loes Is futher study, development and application.
