摘要
基于历年哲学学科全国优秀博士学位论文,对学科分布、获奖者职称及跨学科背景、导师行政任职和获奖者毕业院校进行量化分析,以从一个侧面概括当代中国哲学发展的宏观态势,研究表明,目前中国哲学发展存在学科发展不均衡、制度设计中的学历至上、导师行政任职偏多、第一学历歧视等问题。针对上述问题,故做如下建议:科学规划学科布局;完善人才引进及职称晋升制度;倡导学术民主;破除名校崇拜。
Based on the quantitative analysis of the discipline distribution,professional title of recipients,interdisciplinary background,the condition of the supervisors’ administrative leadership and the graduation schools of recipients about the national excellent doctoral dissertations,we summarize the macro trend of the philosophy development in contemporary China from a different perspective and find some problems:unbalanced development of discipline;exclusive concern with school career in institutional design;the majority of the supervisors having administrative leadership;discrimination in educational history;etc.On the basis of the study above,this paper attempts to provide some constructive proposals:layout disciplines scientifically;improve the mechanism of qualified personnel introduction and professional title promotion;advocate academic democracy;and do away from worship of famous universities;etc.
