摘要
为观察艾灸治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留的疗效，对68例术后当天发生排尿困难，经会阴部热敷、流水声诱导排尿无效的患者，取中极、关元、气海、三阴交、膀胱俞穴位，予艾条温和灸治疗。结果显示，治愈34例，好转30例，无效4例，总有效率94．1％。结果表明，艾灸能有效治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留，减轻患者痛苦和不适，促进患者康复。
This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of postoperative urinary retention in patients with anorectal disease treated by moxibustion. Sixty-eight patients with postoperative dysuria occurring on the day of surgery were selected who showed no response to heat compression on the perineum and the sound of running water. Acupuncture points were selected for mild moxibustion including Zhongji （CV 3） ,Guan Yuan （CV 4）,Qihai （CV 6）,Sanyinjiao （SP 6）,Pangguangshu （BL 28）. The results showed that 34 pa- tients got cured,30 improved,4 with no response,the total effective rate was 94.1%. It is concluded that moxibustion can effectively treat postoperative urinary retention in anorectal disease, reduce the patients＇pain and discomfort, and promote their rehabilitation.
