摘要
目的探讨关元穴穴位按摩联合中药贴敷预防肛肠科手术后尿潴留的疗效。方法将180例肛肠科手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各90例,对照组术前训练床上排尿、术后有效止痛、改变体位等传统的护理方法预防术后尿潴留,观察组在对照组基础上给予关元穴中药贴敷。观察两组患者术后自行排尿时间和尿潴留的发生率。结果对照组与观察组两组患者术后尿潴留的发生率分别为7.78%和4.44%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后自行排尿时间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用关元穴中药贴敷能有效促进排尿,预防肛肠科手术后尿潴留的发生。
Objective：To investigate Guanyuan （CV4） massage plus TCM herbs external application preventing the urnary retention after anorectal operation.Methods：180 cases of anus bowel division surgery patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 90 cases in each group.The control group was used the routine therapies such as preoperative training bed micturition,postoperative pain,effective change of position of traditional nursing methods to prevent postoperative urinary retention.Besides,the observation group was added the Guanyuan （CV4） massage plus TCM herbs external application.Some indicators in the two groups were observed such as postoperative micturition time and the incidence of urinary retention.Results：There was statistical difference between 2 groups in the urinary retention rate and in the self urination time.Conclusion：Guanyuan （CV4） massage plus TCM herbs external application can improve the urination and prevent the urinary retention.
