摘要
文章分析了高职思想政治理论课教师职业化转型的必要性和转型中存在的误区,提出了高职思想政治理论课教师职业化转型从普通教师转为职教教师,再从职教教师转为专家型教师的两种途径,对提高高职思想政治理论课教师的职业能力有着重要意义。
The necessity and mistaken area of the vocational transition of ideological and political theory teachers in higher vocational college were analyzed, two channels were brought forward for those teachers to transit from common teachers to vocational teachers and furthermore to expert teachers, which had important meaning for the improvement of vocational capabilities of those teachers.
