正常妊娠妇女缺血修饰白蛋白的变化及应用价值 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)在正常妊娠妇女体内的浓度变化及与正常妊娠的关系。方法应用ACB原理对44例正常妊娠的孕中期妇女和30例健康体检者血清中IMA进行检测,对结果进行统计学分析。结果正常妊娠(孕中期)组妇女IMA含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。其中28例(64%)正常妊娠(孕中期)妇女血清IMA水平超过了诊断心肌缺血的水平。结论正常妊娠的孕中期妇女不存在心肌缺血时亦有IMA水平的升高,故对于孕妇,IMA的临床应用价值应重新评估,且结果应慎重解释。
