摘要
本文研究了不同质量浓度的赤霉素及不同浸种时间对雷山杜鹃种子萌发的影响,结果表明:雷山杜鹃经不同浓度赤霉素及不同时间处理后,可以不同程度的提高雷山杜鹃种子的发芽率和发芽势,其中,赤霉素浓度为400mg/L,处理24h的发芽率高于其它处理,为66.00%;其次为400mg/L处理36h,发芽率为65.33%;赤霉素浓度为400mg/L下,处理36h和48h发芽势较高,均为61.00%。因此,适宜促进雷山杜鹃种子萌发的条件是赤霉素浓度400mg/L浸种36h。
Both different ruination of Rhododendron gibberellin concentrations and different seed soaking times had important effects on ger- leishanicum Fang et S. S. Chang. The results showed that germination rates and germina- tion potential were improved by different treatments of gibberellin concentrations and soaking times. The germina- tion rate was 66% when treated by 400 mg/L in 24 h, which was higher than others. 65.33 % was followed by 400 mg/L in 36 h. The germination potential when treated by 400 mg/L was relatively higher than others in 36 h or in 48 h, which was 61%. The proper requirement to promote the seed germination is 400 mg/L of gibberellie acid concentration soaked in 36 h.
