摘要
试验研究典型环境下的风管振动,测试气流流速对船舶风管路系统的振动激励影响。实验结果表明,风管路内的气流速度对风管路的振动激励影响明显,发现其影响频率主要集中在200 Hz~630 Hz范围内,并在400 Hz附近达到峰值频率,在不同流速下获得不同的激励响应,对风管路系统减振设计有所帮助,通过试验表明双吊架结构的隔振方式能起到明显的隔振效果。
Aiming at the undefined problem of the vibration excitation effect, the experimental research of ventilation pipeline vibration in typical environment was done. The airflow velocity effect on vibration excitation of ventilation pipeline was tested and analyzed. The results show that the airflow velocity in ventilation pipeline has obvious effect on the vibration excitation. The effect is focused in the frequency range from 200 Hz to 630 Hz, and the maximum effect occurs around 400 Hz. Different airflow velocities can induce different vibration excitation effects. These results may have some helpness for the design of vibration reduction and isolation. Finally, a flexible vibration isolation measure with double suspension clamps was put forward. The experimental result shows that this vibration isolation measure has obvious effect.
