摘要
学术类图书对于高校教学和科研,尤其是学科建设起着非常重要的文献保障作用。基于目前高校图书馆普遍采取采购招投标的模式,分析招投标对于学术图书采购的不利因素,并提出解决问题的策略。
Academic book plays a very important role in the literature guarantee for the teaching and scientific research,especially in the subject construction.This article is based on the mode of taking procurement bidding in university library now,and analyses the adverse factors of bidding for academic books purchasing.Finally the author proposes the solution.
