图书市场的发展与繁荣 ,为图书馆的中文图书采购工作提供了极大的选择余地。采用招标模式 ,可使图书馆充分利用市场竞争的激励机制 ,获得高质量、高水平的服务 ,同时也可使图书馆的图书采访工作在更规范、更适应市场需求的前提下 ,充分满足高校图书馆图书采购的原则和要求。
Chinese books purchasing work for the library provided very big selection leeway to the books developments of market and flourishing. Adopting the inviting tenders model, the mechanism encouraging that can make library exploit market compete gains the high quality and the high level service, also can make the books of library have an interview with the work more further standard and suit the requirement of market more further, in order to meet the principle and demands of book purchasing in college library.
