端羧基液体橡胶增韧环氧树脂结构胶剪切强度影响因素的研究 被引量:4

摘要 主要讨论了环氧树脂结构胶粘剂搭接拉伸剪切强度的影响因素。通过实验发现,端羧基液体橡胶(CTBN)用量、基材表面处理、填料种类及用量都将对剪切强度产生显著影响;采用20份CTBN作增韧剂,6份纳米二氧化硅作填料,同时对基材进行表面氧化处理时,胶粘剂的剪切强度可达25 MPa。 The influential factors of shear strength of epoxy structural adhesive were discussed in this paper. The content of carboxyl-terminated butadiene acrylonitrile (CTBN), the surface treatment of substrate and the kind and content of fillers had significant impacts on shear strength of the epoxy adhensive. The shear strength of epoxy adhesive could reach 25 MPa with 20% CTBN as toughing agent and 6% Nano-SiO 2 added as filler while the surface of the substrate was treated.
