摘要
交易机制是碳金融制度的核心,我国的碳金融制度的发展在经历了一番波折之后得到了初步确立,目前交易机制日益完善,CDM交易、VER交易实现了一定程度的发展,碳交易平台与碳金融服务也初具规模,但是仍然存在碳交易费用昂贵、参与CDM模式单一、碳金融交易市场不完善、服务体系不健全等诸多困境,因此,应充分运用政府调节、市场机制、金融手段等完善碳金融交易机制,为碳金融的发展提供可行性途径。
Trading mechanism is the core of the carbon financial system, however the development of carbon financial system in China is not plain sailing. At present our country has initially established a carbon financial system, trading mechanism has been improved, and CDM trading, VER trading have achieved a certain degree of development, carbon trading platform and carbon financial services is also a certain scale, but we are still face with many difficulties which are expensive carbon trading expenses, single participation model in CDM, market and service imperfection in carbon financial trading, and so on. Therefore we should make full use of government regulation, market mechanism, financial means to complete carbon financial trading mechanism and provide a feasible way for the development of carbon financial system.
