摘要
随着现代制酸工艺的日趋完善,新建硫酸厂设计的优劣逐渐取决于原料选择或者上游工艺。昆鹏铜业硫酸厂采用烟气制酸,与同工艺同规模的硫酸厂比较,其优点主要体现在设备的先进性、仪表控制的完善性和人员操作的熟练性方面。通过简要介绍昆鹏铜业硫酸厂各类现场仪表的应用,重点阐述了仪表控制的完善性。针对设计选型和安装中遇到的实际细节问题,结合各个工序,给出了相应的注意事项。
With the increasing improved of modern acid making process, the pros and cons of the design for new sulfuric acid plant gradually depends on raw material selection or the upstream technology. The acid is made by flue gas in Kunpeng copper industry sulfuric acid plant, comparing with the acid plant in the same technological process and scale, its advantages are mainly reflected in many aspects, e. g. , the progressiveness of equipment, the integrity of instrumentation control and the proficiency of personal operation. Through introducing the application of various field instrumentation of Kunpeng plant, the integrity of instrumentation control is expounded emphatically. Aiming at the actual details met in design, model selection and installation, combining with each working procedure, corresponding cautions are given.
