摘要
目的分析2008—2011年兰州市突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特点,探讨事件发生原因,为突发公共卫生事件的监测和预警提供技术支撑。方法采用回顾性调查和突发公共卫生事件网络信息管理系统,收集2008—2011年发生在兰州市的突发公共卫生事件相关资料并进行统计分析。结果 2008—2011年通过突发公共卫生事件网络信息系统及相关信息监测到各类突发公共卫生事件191起。其中Ⅲ级123起,占64.40%;Ⅳ级2起,占1.05%;未分级66起,占34.55%。传染病183起,占95.81%;食物中毒4起,占2.09%;其他4起,占2.09%。突发公共卫生事件发生场所以各级各类学校为主,共发生160起,占83.77%,其中又以小学校为主,占学校发生突发公共卫生事件总数的44.38%;托幼机构次之,占学校发生突发公共卫生事件总数的37.50%。发生高峰主要以春季、秋季为主,第2季度和第4季度分别占45.55%和28.80%。发生的191起突发公共卫生事件中发病3887例,死亡28例。结论兰州市2008—2011年间主要突发公共卫生事件是传染病和食物中毒,突发公共卫生事件发生地主要是学校和幼托机构。
OBJECTIVE to analysis from 2008 to 2011 in Lanzhou City, the emergent events of public health epidemiology characteristics, causes of events, for public health emergency events surveillance and early warning to provide technical support. METHODS a retrospective survey and emergent events of public health information network management system, collected between 2008 and 2011 in the city of Lanzhou public health emergencies related data and statistical analysis. RESULTS of the 2008 to 2011 through the emergent events of public health information network system and related monitoring information to various events 191. The event since 123 grade Ⅲ ,Ⅳ events accounted for 64.40%; 2, 1.05%; not graded events in 66, 34.55%. The infectious disease events in 181, accounting for 95.81%, 4 cases of food poisoning occurred, which accounted for 2.09%; other public health events in 4, 2.09%. Incident field so all types of schools at all levels, a total of 160, accounting for 83.77%, the small schools, accounting for 44.38% of the total number of school events; kindergarten to second, accounting for 37.50% of the total number of school events. The peak occurred mainly in spring, autumn, be in the second quarter and fourth quarter of 45.55% and 28.80% respectively. The 191 incidents occurred in the pathogenesis of 3887 cases, 28 cases of death. CONCLUSION From 2008 to 2011, the main public health emergencies is infectious diseases and food poisoning events, mainly for schools and preschools.
