香砂六君子汤预防COPD机械通气患者应激性溃疡临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察香砂六君子汤预防COPD机械通气患者应激性溃疡的疗效。方法随机抽取2008年1月至2011年11月于本院住院的COPD机械通气患者66例,随机分为两组,所有患者均给予机械通气、抗感染等治疗。观察组给予香砂六君子汤加大黄经胃管鼻饲,对照组应用泮托拉唑针80 mg静滴,每日1次,对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价。结果应激性溃疡发生率比较,两者无明显差异。观察组治疗对胃液pH影响较小。结论香砂六君子汤预防COPD机械通气患者应激性溃疡的疗效理想。
