摘要
桔梗为我国传统药材,药理作用广泛。近年来研究发现,桔梗皂苷类化合物对于糖尿病及其并发症具有良好的防治作用。本文从桔梗的降血糖作用、改善胰岛素抵抗作用、抗肥胖、抗高血脂和抗氧化等方面进行综述,为桔梗防治糖尿病研究提供理论依据。
As a traditional medicine in China, the pharmacological activities of Platycodon grandiflorum A.DC. were widely researched. Nearly studies indicated that platycodin was attributed to the diabetes and its complications. In this study, we reviewed the effect of anti-hyperglycemic, improved insulin resistance, anti-obesity, anti-hyperlipidemia and antioxidant in Radix Platycod, in order to supply theoretical basis to antidiabtes.
