摘要
圆筒式测力传感计为大吨位预应力结构测力装置,现已形成一个系列。该系列测力计的研制成功,填补了国内该类量测仪器的空白。 本文总结了测力计的设计与三向有限元计算;力学参数和温度补偿系数的试验;成果整理方法以及在葛洲坝工程实践中的应用效果等。实验证明,大吨位预应力圆筒式测力传感计的各项量测指标,均能满足和超过设计要求。
The cylindrical dynamometer is a force measuring equipment of large-tonnage prestressing structure. We have constructed it and made it seriated. The success in development of the serial dynamometer fills in the gaps in the fields of domastic metering device.This paper sums up the designing, calculating by 3-D Finite Element Method (FEM) , testing of mechanical parameters and temperature compensating coefficient of the dynamometer as well as the method of data processing, effectiveness of its application in engineering practice of Gezhouba Project.Tests show that all indexes of the dynamometer satisfy or exceed its design requirements.
