摘要
采用三维有限元方法,对三板溪水电站溢洪道控制段大吨位预应力中墩进行了整体空间应力与变形分析,得到了典型工况下结构整体位移、变形和结构重要部位的应力分布规律.根据有限元计算成果,评价了大吨位混凝土结构的预应力效果,探讨了减少预应力水平次锚索排数和简化张拉施工过程的可行性,并结合设计与布置要求完成了优化方案的对比计算分析.全部有限元计算结果为三板溪工程溢洪道控制段预应力体系设计与优化提供了依据.
The whole space stress and deformation for spillway middle pier of Sanbanxi Hydropower Station were analyzed by using 3D-FEM. Then the distribution rules of whole displacement,deformation and stress in important parts of the pier were obtained. According to the results calculated by FEM, the effects of the large scale tonnage prestress acting concrete structures were evaluated; and the feasibility of reducing prestressed secondary cables and simplifying tension process was discussed. Optimized projects based on demands of design and layout were calculated and compared. The results provide scientific basis for engineering design and optimizing prestress system.
