摘要
本文介绍了一种以新型光电转换器件 CCD 为象传感器的光电式工件外径尺寸检测装置。给出了该检测装置的基本原理和组成。对检测装置中光学系统进行了较为详细地讨论。实验表明,该装置可以有效地保证检测精度,并找出了不同直径工件为保证精度所允许的移动量。
A photoelectric device for detecting wokepiece outside diameter is described here with has CCD as its image sensing element.The fundamental principle the device works on and its components are discussed in detail.The choice of the optical system used in the device is given.This kind of device has been proved through experiments to have an effective detecting precision.And then the shift quan-tity can be found for different diameter workpieces allowed for precision.
