半滑舌鳎结节病的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 阐述了半滑舌鳎结节病的典型症状、流行情况,进行了病原学探索性研究,初步确定该病不是由病毒引起。对于患病鱼体肝脏、肾脏和脾脏的组织进行了病理分析,认为病原侵入鱼体主要组织造成组织病变,是导致其死亡的主要原因。 The typical symptoms, epidemic situation of sarcoidosis in Cynoglossus semilaevis was ex- plained,etiology of sarcoidosis was exploratorily studied,it was preliminary identified that the sarcoidosis was not caused by virus. Pathological analysis was conducted for the liver, kidney and spleen tissues of fish being sarcoidosis,and speculated that pathogen invaded mainly fish tissue, resulted in tissue lesions, was the main reason of causing death.
