摘要
建立了LC-MS/MS的方法同时测定生脉注射液中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rd和五味子醇甲的含量.采用Lichrospher C18(150×2.1mm,i.d.,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液(65∶35)为流动相;流速为0.2 mL·min-1,柱温为30℃.结果表明,在本研究建立的实验条件下人参皂苷Rb1、Rd、Re、Rg1和五味子醇甲5种成分在各自线性范围内的线性关系良好,精密度、重复性RSD均小于3%.本方法灵敏度高、简便快捷,可同时快速测定生脉注射液中的5种成分的含量.
A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric method is established for simultaneous determination of ginsenoside Rbl ,Rd,Re,Rgl and sehizadrin in Shengmai Injection. The analytical column is a Lichrospher C18 (150 ×2. 1 mm, i. d. , 5 μm). The mobile phase consists of acatonitril-0. 1% formic acid solution (65: 35, V/V) at a flow rate of 0.2 mL· min^- 1 The sensitivity of ginsenoside Rgl, Re, Rbl, Rd and schizadrin are favorable in this Chromatographic conditions. All the compounds show good linearity in their corresponding detection range. The RSD of precision, repeatability and recovery in experiments are less than 3%. This method is accurate, simple, reliable and reproducible to determine the 5 active constituents in the Shengmai Injection.
