摘要
主要研究了从食用菌黄伞子实体和菌丝体中提取的3种多糖对提高小鼠免疫力功能的效果,考察了3种多糖对小鼠血清溶血素表达水平的影响(体液免疫)和单核-巨噬细胞激活作用。实验结果表明,3种多糖对提高免疫力作用有一定差异,其中菌丝体粗多糖具有增强小鼠免疫力功能的作用,且多糖浓度的影响不显著;而子实体多糖及其纯化多糖不具备增强小鼠免疫力功能的作用。
Crude water-soluble polysaccharides,which were fractionated into fruit-body polysaccharides and mycelia polysaccharides were extracted from different parts of P.adiposa.The bioactivity of these polysaccharides was studied in this paper.According to the technical standards for testing and assessment of health food(China),the results showed that PA2(from mycelia) had the activity of enhancing the rats' immunity but the influence of its concentration of solution had no difference.PA1(from fruit body) and PPA(purified polysaccharides extracted from fruit body) had no such activity.
