摘要
射速及其稳定性是自动机重要性能指标。通过研究自动机连发射击时的机电特性,采用键合图理论,建立了外能源转管自动机机电耦合动力学键合图模型;在验证模型正确性的基础上,对某外能源转管自动机射速未能达到设计指标及射速不稳定现象进行了仿真分析,提出了减小减速箱传速比和增大电机功率的改进措施。射击试验表明,该模型能较好地指导外能源转管自动机的研究开发,具有较高的应用价值。
Firing rate and its stability of galting machine are important performance target. lectro-mechanical characteristic of galting machine during serial firing, bond graph theor5 and an electro-mechanical coupling dynamics model for external energy galting machine w On the basis of verification of the model, simulation and analysis were done {or the insuffic ble of firing rate during the galting machine experiment, and improving measures , which axle ratio of gear reducer and increasing power of driving motor, were raised. A new expe that the electro-mechanical coupling control model in this paper offers a new guidance oJ studying galting machine and is of great application value.
