摘要
1999年我国电子商务得到了实质性发展 ,取得了可喜的成绩 ,但仍然存在不少问题。本文着重论述了目前制约我国电子商务安全。
In 1999 the electronic commerce has been developed rapidly and made a remarkable progress in our country. But there are still many problems in the development. This thesis will discuss what are the main reasons why the electronic commercial secure, rapid and efficient development is restricted in China.
