摘要
教师绩效工资改革是近年来国际上教育改革研究中的热点问题之一。印度、以色列、肯尼亚的实验研究呈现了教师绩效工资的积极效果,而美国的实验研究并未呈现出这种积极效果。从研究方法的角度看,这些国家绩效工资的研究均显示了定量研究的规范性。由于我国教师绩效工资的实施和研究均处于起步阶段,我国学者很少用规范的实证研究方法进行这方面的研究。从国内外现有的文献比较可以看出,应用规范的实证方法进行教师绩效工资的研究是我国今后的发展趋势。
The reform on teacher performance pay is a hot topic in international education reform. The experimental studies in India,Israel,and Kenya have shown the positive effect of teacher performance pay, while the experimental study in America has not shown this kind of positive effect. From the perspective of researching method, the studies on teacher performance pay in these countries reveal the normative characteristics of quantitative study. Because the implementation and researches of teacher performance pay in our country are at the initial stage, seldom scholars conduct the research by using empirical research methods. Through the comparison on current literatures home and abroad, we can find that the implementation of teacher performance pay by using normative empirical research method is the development trend in China.
