摘要
学校教师由于自身知识层面较高,具有强烈的成就感和自我实现需求,对公平更为敏感。公平理论在优化学校教师人力资源管理中有其应用价值。学校应当运用公平理论,引导教师树立正确的公平观,克服平均主义思想倾向;注重精神激励与物质激励相结合,防止物欲膨胀和拜金主义偏向;坚持公平原则,完善内部公平竞争机制;努力体现物质收入公平,缩小教师与参照对象的差距。同时,考虑"程序公平"的重要性,增加公平感,使学校教师的能力得到充分发挥,潜能得到最大挖掘。
Being equipped with higher knowledge, teachers have strong aspirations to achievements and self-actualization, thus are more sensitive to fairness, enabling the equity theory much apphcation value in the optimization of human resource management of teachers. Colleges and Schools should use the equity theory to guide teachers to set up correct fairness view, preventing the equalitarian ideological tendency; focus on the combination of spiritual and material incentives, curbing the expansion of material desire and money worship trend; adhere to the principles of impartiality, improving the internal fair competition mechanism; and strive to realize the equity of material income, narrowing the gap between teachers. Meanwhile, given the importance of "procedural fairness", increase the sense of fairness in the reward distribution procedure to give full play to teachers' competence and excavate their maximum potential.
