磁敏感加权成像诊断脑内微出血价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨磁敏感加权成像(susceptibility weighted imaging,SWI)对脑内微出血的诊断价值。方法临床及手术证实78例脑内微出血患者,均行快速自旋回波序列(fast spin echo,FSE)-T2WI、液体衰减反转恢复序列(fluid-attenuated inversion recovery,FLAIR)-T1WI、FLAIR-T2WI、扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)及SWI扫描,比较FSE-T2WI,FLAIR-T1WI,FLAIR-T2WI,DWI,SWI序列对微出血病灶的检出率。结果 78例患者中,FSE-T2WI,FLAIR-T1WI,FLAIR-T2WI,DWI,SWI序列分别诊断出脑内微出血患者22例(28.2%)、16例(20.5%)、28例(35.9%)、20例(25.6%)、78例(100.0%),SWI序列检出率高于FSE-T2WI,FLAIR-T1WI,FLAIR-T2WI及DWI序列(P<0.05)。结论 SWI序列可弥补常规序列的不足,对脑内微出血病灶的诊断有重要意义。
