摘要 目的探讨弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)的低场强MRI表现与诊断价值。方法回顾性分析60例临床诊断DAI患者的低场强MRI表现,对比分析MRI多序列成像对DAI病灶显示敏感序列及信号特征、分布特点。结果质子密度加权像(PDWI)及T2加权像(T2WI)对DAI影像诊断具有敏感性,病灶显示率高于T1加权像(T1WI),容易发现病灶且表现为高密度和/或高信号。结论MRI是DAI首选影像学检查方法,低场强MRI能对DAI作出准确诊断。 Objective To explore the lower-strength MRI appearances of diffuse axonal injury (DAI) and their diagnostic value. Methods A retrospective study of lower- strength MRI appearances of 60 cases diagnosed as DAI.The characteristics of signal and distribution of the DAI lesions on every MR/sequence were compared and analyzed. Results PDWI and T2WI could significantly improve DAI detecting-rate and more sensitive compared to T1WI. All lesions were showed high density on PD-weighted images and hyperintensity signal on T2-weighted images. Conclusion MRI should be considered as the best examination of DAI. Lower-strength MRI can diagnose DAI rightly.
