摘要
本试验采用煎煮法提取中药中的有效成分,通过测定大青叶、鱼腥草、黄芩、黄连、穿心莲、黄柏、乌梅、大黄、金银花和连翘共10种中药对鸡白痢沙门菌的抑菌圈直径和最低抑菌浓度(MIC),比较各中药对鸡白痢沙门菌的体外抑菌效果,并测定pH值对黄连、黄芩和乌梅3种中药提取物抑菌效果的影响。结果表明,黄连、黄芩和乌梅3种中药对鸡白痢沙门菌的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径分别为12.78±2.63mm和14.58±3.45mm;乌梅对鸡白痢沙门菌的抑菌效果随pH值的升高而降低,黄连的抑菌效果随pH值的升高而略有升高,黄芩的抑菌效果随pH值变化不明显。
Aqueous extraction was selected in this study to investigate the antibacterial activity of dyers woad leaf, heartleaf houttuynia herb, baical skullcap root, coptidis rhizome, andrographitis, amoorcom tree bark, dried plum, pieplant, honeysuckble and forsythia suspense against Salmonella isolated from pullorum disease, and the influence of pH on antibacterial activity of coptis chinensis, baical skullcap root and dried plum was also,studied. The results indicated that coptis chinensis and dried plum showed most effective results against Salmonella with 12.78± 2.63 and 14.58± 3.45mm, respectively ; meanwhile, other Chinese herbal medicine did not show obvious antibacterial activity in this study. The antibacterial activity of dried plum decreased when the pH got higher, conversely, antibacterial activity of coptis chinensis increased as pH became higher, and pH has no influence on antibacterial activity of baical skullcap root.
