摘要
企业资本运营是指企业以资本保值、增值为目的的有意识地对资本进行运作的行为。全面理解资本运营的本质及特征 ,构建适应当前国有企业改革发展新情况的国有企业资本运营的评价准则 ,提出搞好国有企业资本运营的若干对策 ,合理、有效地实施国有企业资本运营 ,对于推动国有资产的流动和重组 ,寻求公有制的最佳实现形式 。
Capital operation is an objective behavior to operate the capital for the purpose of capital inflationproof or appreciation.It is of great theoretical and practical significance in making breakthroughs in the reform of the economic system,propelling forward the government capital mobilization or reorganization, and seeking the best make up of public owner ship,if we can have a comprehensive understanding of the essence and characters of capital operation,structure a new appraising norms suitable to the current state of SOE reform and come up with a number of countermeasures to improve SOE capital operation.
