摘要
资本运营是企业经营的一种高级形式，是从整体上搞活国有企业的有效途径和最为关键的切入点。但由于主客观两方面的原因，导致国有企业在实施资本运营操作的过程中出现了许多不容忽视的问题。本文在分析国有企业在资本运营中存在的问题的基础上。
Capital operation is a super form of enterprise operation. It is the effective way and critical point to save and stimulate state enterprises. For subjective and objective reasons the state enterprises confront many problems that we can not ignore during the process of capital operation. This article gives countermeasure and proposal from seven aspects by analyzing those problems.
