摘要
本文以熊果酸为对照品,用紫外-可见分光光度法,对灵芝总三萜含量进行了测定,测得该品种中灵芝总三萜含量为7.63%。
This paper in order to ursolic acid as a reference substance, Use ultraviolet-visible spec trophotometry todetermine the total triterpene content of Ganoderma lucidum,determined the species of Ganoderma triterpene content of the total is 7.63%.
