摘要
文章从宏观和微观两方面提出了大学生信息素养教育建构方案,提出应在宏观政策的支持下,从大学生信息素养教育的目标、理论、内容、模式、管理、评价等方面着手,构建具有层次性和普及性的信息素养教育体系。
From the macro and micro angles, this article advances some plans of the college students＇ information literacy education. With the great support of the government, it is necessary to construct an educational system of college students＇ information literacy from the following aspects： aim, theory, contents, modes, management and assessment so as to make the system construction with both features of different layers and popularity.
