摘要
为降低怀地黄(Rehmannia glutinosa f.hueichingensis)试管苗的生产成本,比较了封口膜与蘑菇袋、蔗糖培养与无糖培养、添加谷氨酸(Glu)培养与无Glu培养对怀地黄试管苗生长发育的影响。结果表明,蔗糖对试管苗的生长发育有极显著影响,蔗糖培养明显优于无糖培养;而封口材料与Glu仅对个别指标有显著影响,对怀地黄试管苗的整体生长发育情况无显著影响。所以,可以用蘑菇袋代替封口膜作为封口材料,但不能通过添加Glu用无糖培养代替有糖培养。
In order to decrease the production costs of Rehmannia glutinosa f.hueichingensis plantlets,the effects of seal film and mushroom bag,sucrose and sucrose-free culture,Glu and Glu-free culture on the growth and development of plantlets were compared.The result showed that sucrose had significant effect on growth and development of plantlets as sucrose culture surpassed sucrose-free culture obviously.Meanwhile,closure and Glu had no remarkable effect on the growth and development of plantlets except for few indexes.It was feasible replacing seal film with mushroom bag,while surose culture could not be replaced by Glu culture.
