摘要
本文采用原子力显微镜(AFM)对海藻酸生物薄膜表面的超微结构进行了实验研究,选择出最佳观察方法。结果发现薄膜上分布有不规则的微孔,其长短孔径之比大约为3∶2,微孔的中心距为孔径的2 倍。
In this paper, the Alginate\|Poly\|L\|Lysine\|Alginate(APA) membrane was investigated by means of atomic force microscopy (AFM).Many irregular microholes were found on the membrane. The ratio of the longer diameter to the shorter diameter of the microholes is about 3∶2.The distance between the centers of the microhole is two times of their diameter approximately.
