摘要
用比拟的方法分析和计算了爆炸焊接条件下,爆炸复合材料结合区中塑性变形金属的动态屈服强度值.结果指出,在此高压、高速和瞬时的塑性变形过程中,金属的动态屈服强度值比其静态下的屈服强度值高出1~3个数量级.因此;此时的金属仍是一个刚体,不能将其假设为不可压缩的流体.
This paper analysed and calculated the dynamic yielding strength of plastic deformed metal in the bonding zone of explosive welding composite material in the condition of explosive welding. The result shows that the dynamic yielding strength of metal is 1~1000 times higher than its static yielding strength during the course of high pressure high velocity and instantaneous plastic deformation. Therefore, the metal in this condition is still a sort of rigid body, and should not be taken as uncompressable fluid.
