摘要
慢性阻塞性肺病是慢性气道炎性疾病,抗炎治疗是防治的重要策略。吸入糖皮质激素是常用的抗炎药物,在稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病中应用增多,但其疗效仍有争议。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is characterized by chronic airway inflammation. Therefore, anti-inflammatory therapy is currently considered as an important strategy for its management. As a common anti-inflammatory agent, inhaled corticosteroids are increasingly used in the stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. However, there are still controversies on their efficacy.
