摘要
目的了解被关锁农村精神分裂症患者的基本情况及入院治疗前后临床疗效。方法以2006年11月～2012年3月河北省第六人民医院解锁救治出院的85例精神分裂症患者为研究对象，采用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定其疗效，临床总体印象量表（CGI）评估疾病的严重度，wH0残疾评定量表（WHO—DAS）评定社会功能状况。结果出院时PANSS量表总分、各分量表评分均较入院时降低（P〈0．01），CGI—S评分也较入院时降低（P〈0．01），以PANSS的减分率评定痊愈和临床显效10例（11．8％），好转61例（71．7％），无效14例（16．5％）。同时按关锁时间（60个月为界）分为两组，出院时关锁时间≤60个月组的PANSS量表总分、各量表分及CGI—S评分较关锁时间〉60个月组低（P〈0．05）。出院时WHO-DAS总分及各分量表均较入院时降低（P〈0．01）。结论被关锁农村精神分裂症患者经过治疗后临床疗效及社会功能明显改善，关锁时间越短者治疗效果越好。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of treatment on the rural shut patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 85 schizophrenic patients who met ICD-- 10, discharged treated in our hospital from November 2006 to March 2012, after unlocked and had a remedy, were assessed using PANSS in curative effect, CGI to disease severity, and WHO -- DAS to social function status. Resuits The discharging PANSS score scale and each component table score were lower than that of admis- sion （P 〈 0.01）. CGI -- S score was also relatively lower when discharged from the hospital （P 0.01）. Evaluated with the deducted rate of PANSS, 10 cases were clinical effective （11.8%） ; 61 cases had a turn for the better （71.7%）, and 14 cases （16.5%） were invalid. If we depart the patients into two groups according to shut time （60 months as separator）, PANSS scale score and the component table points and CGI--S score at the discharge in the less than or equal to 60 months group was lower than that in more than 60 months group （P 〈 0.05）. The discharging WHO--DAS total score and the subscales score were lower than that of admission （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Clinical curative effect and the social function of the rural schizophrenic patients improved obviously after treatment, the shorter the shut time, the better the treatment effect.
